Individuality

Our products are all handmade by our floral stylist. Each of our items are different and some differences in style and size might be possible and accepted by the customer.


Vintage products

Our vintage products are second hand. This means that they have been used before and might have some wear and tear. This does not mean that they aren´t beautiful nor does it mean that they are faulty. The pictures will show any scratches etc.


Collection in studio

Our studio is private and located in the Wilmersdorf/Schöneberg area. The address and pick up time will be given in a private email/message soon after the purchase has been confirmed. Collection will ONLY be available in the afternoon/evening on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.


Delivery NOT posible during winter 2020-21!!

Note that we ONLY deliver Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

We have two different types of delivery options and both are personally handled by one of our staff members. The fixed 10 € option is within the Berliner ring, (defined as within the S41/S42 S-Bahn).

The fixed 20€ option is for outside the Berliner ring and limited to within the following Berlin areas; Charlottenburg, Wilmersdorf, Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg, Mitte, Neukölln, Tempelhof, Schöneberg, Spandau, Steglitz, Zehlendorf and Prenzlauer Berg. Deliveries outside these areas are currently not possible. We do NOT deliver to Treptow, Köpenick, Marzahn, Hellersdorf, Pankow, Lichtenberg, Reinickendorf or Brandenburg.

14-day return policy

In the EU you have the right to return purchases made online or through other types of distance selling within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind. We take for granted that you will return the item in its original state and cover the cost for transportation.

The 14-day cooling off period does not apply to all purchases, for example

goods made to order or are clearly personalised are not included. This means that for all our standardised products you are free to change your mind within this grace period. For our custom made products this does not apply. For clarity; 'custom made' is a product made to fit the needs or requirements of a particular person.
